Abstract:
Organization developing is modern crawfish up which is being adopted by organizations to occupy towards conquest. OD is an integrated approach where the pile at contrastive levels of the hierarchy, teams, different departments and sharing of knowledge takes place together in effect to analyze and resolve business and operational situations. OD is practice which collaborate the organizational elements and resources in order to achieve success for the organization. Here the author interprets OD as a irradiation that collaborate the different organizational entities.
As organizations grow wider and more departments come into existence, there is a special emphasis on collaboration strategy. collaboration [ (Chris and Beth 2004) ] has different meaning to different people and systems. Collaboration [ (Collins 2009) ] is the act of working with one another or others on a joint project. Collaboration is required [ (David 2002) ] at every level of the organization- be it in a corporation, teensy-weensy business, non -profit organization, educational institutions, government agency or legislative body.
