Patients can non and will not survive without these injections. Their body cannot make insulin which ultimately will own high blood sugars. Type 1 diabetes will usually develop before the age of 30.
As a return of a lack of insulin, the action involved to convert foods we eat into various efficacious substances does not occur. Insulin is a hormone that has a job of converting the food that we eat into various useful substances and acquiring rid of everything that is wasteful. Another job of insulin is to see that all the useful substances are put to the best use for our well-being. These substances work to go far cells and are made ready for immediate expenditure as energy.
Some are even stored for later energy use. Insulin comes from the pancreas, carried by the of import cells. With Type 1 diabetes almost all the beta cells have been destroyed making daily injections an absolute mustiness for survival.
