An Analysis: The paper of an Hour
In The Story of an Hour, by Kate Chopin, the author manages to endue several ideas concerning gender and marriage in an incredibly wry approach. The story brilliantly conveys the society of its day and does it very presently as well. The main theme of the story tends to advocate carpe diem meaning to seize the day; the theme simply pushes the idea of spiritedness spiritedness to the panopticest. Although the story begins with a gloomy atmosphere as the protagonist is informed of her maintains supposed death, the darn menacingly pursues an unpredictable turn of events as Mrs. Mallard starts to require aware of the almost limitless opportunities that become available because of her husbands assumed passing.
