The idea of endowting close to other serviceman to death is hard to completely grasp. The physical aspects of carrying erupt are easy to grasp, but the emotions involved in carrying divulge a death sentence on some other person, disregardless of how much they deserve it, is beyond understanding. However, the emotions involved sustain to be put aside, enacting the death penalty is sometimes necessary and it is our righteousness as a society to see that it is go intoe. Some that dont agree with the death penalty have some legitimate arguments, first is that there is a possibility of error, the stake that there might be an error is separate from the electrical outlet of whether the death penalty can be justified or not. If an error does occur, and an innocent person is executed, then the problem is with the human race in charge not the death penalty itself.
The human race as a whole has decided that the advantages of having formidable murderers removed from our society outweigh the losses of the offender, when we think closely the harm that this person has caused and the money that has had to be paid out because of this single crime, we can justify the person being put to death to rid the nation of such a wicked person. The second argument against capital punishment is that it is unfair in its administration. Statistics show that the poor and minorities are more likely to cope with the death penalty, and these are the same people that have been given less chance at a better education and better areas to live in, these are also the people that have lived with criminals and have seen crimes committed and are now following the practice session that they have come accustomed to.
