After my readings, I accommodate to believe that the problems at Deloitte & Touché had occurred because the guild did not seem to note any type of procedures or policies that they might have had when they started the guild if any at all. I do believe that with them fixing the underlying problems, they saw a a great deal less decrease in employment turnover rate.  On this task force, its members were, partners of their company, representatives of each division and with different racial backgrounds, man and women, young and older, ones that were single and married from different offices. Â

I would have developed a track of not singling out races (women and men), making sure that all company policies and procedures are followed. As a human resource managers role I would suggest that they work about with the line managers in making sure that the companies policies and procedures are followed.
