Abstract
For this assignment I was asked to search out 3 in public held byplayes and review their Code of Ethics. I am to explain whether or not the code is equal to what was requested by the Sarbanes Oxley prompt and then explain why I chose this answer.
To further the investigating of the 3 companies, I am to tell what cultural or business ch anyenges would be best handled by the companies own personalised codes and then find what could be absent in the codes which could be used to help the company, should the do business globally.

Congress passed the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002 that states in Sec. 406, that companies are infallible to tell if they have created and accepted their own code of morality and anything else pertaining to the said code. Agreeing to the code is voluntary for companies that are held privately yet some chose to also adopt and disclose their code of ethical motive as well as require their suppliers and service providers to discover the code of morality they developed (Mendes, 2006).
