My oecumenic responsibilities are to assist, support and co-operate with all major(postnominal) staff in the day-to-day running of the home, including working indoors other areas such as the kitchen and cleaning improvements. Be aware of and monitor standards of care and quality and act upon any concerns to the attention of the senior staff. Ensure that my clothing and show is always neat and suitable for work, as per the company dress policy. Maintain high standards of health and hygiene and taking opportunities to aid health and well being. To work in an open manner, as part of a team and encourage others to do the same.



Towards the service users I must act as an associate mention worker to a small group of residents and work intimately in partnership with the residents to help them to get greater independence. I must also work well in a team by assisting the care team within their general day to day job roles and attend and participate in regular staff meetings and key group meetings.
My main role is to support people to live life as severally as possible, not do everything for them. Also to assist them with personal care like washing, dressing and toileting needs.
