Cinema

Films come at audiences in all shapes and sizes. The form and topic of a film result dictate what kind of audiences it pull up stakes attract. If you look closely at the similarities between films while juxtaposing them, you will find that many of them have a lot in common with each other. These groups can be called musical genres. In this melodic theme I have chosen three films from the Adventure Genre and one other that crosses the Science Fiction and Adventure Genres. The three Adventure films I will be writing most are the Last Samurai, Seven Samurai, and Fighter in the Wind. The ordinal film that crosses two deferent Genres is Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. This paper will be identifying the similarities and differences between these films as they are compared by the cinematic conventions of theme, shot, presentation, explanation formulas, character types, and star actors they display.

The film the Last Samurai had a diverse and complex story that crossed cultural and historical boundaries. The point of the film I saw as most impendent was a lost soul attempting to find a purposive application for his life. In the film the main character passkey Nathan Algren is a highly troubled alcoholic struggling to go bad with himself after his service to his country.
