The goal is to use what we can specify about personalities to come up with a plan to puzzle out the members of the team so that they can be most originative and satisfied. Each member of the team completed assessments to receive entropy about her personality. The first of the assessments was the Dominance Influence Steadiness conscientiousness or DISC assessment. The focus of this assessment is to classify aspects of expression to determine a persons personality tendencies (Pearson Education, Inc, 2007). The results were diverse. afterward completing the assessment, one team member was found to suffer the Dominance Style. People who operate in this style are driven by the need to control and achieve.

The D Styles are goal-oriented and most satisfied when they have a good wrap up of people and situations.
