In reading Writings on the Wall it became apparent to me that Jews have undergone exclusion and intolerance throughout the history of civilization. Sadly, it is also plainly clear that the hatred directed toward an intact race of quite a little evolved from differing religious beliefs and/or superior socio-economical status.

However, something that I found disturbing to say the least in the reading was how Jews felt they were disparate, and as Gods chosen throng, they had been chosen to be different (Licatta 81).
